How do you approach everyone involved with empathy and compassion, especially when agreement or mutual understanding may seem impossible?
We know that regardless of how difficult it is, it is critical we learn how to manage these divides so that all are acknowledged, included, and respected.
In this course, you’ll build the skills and knowledge necessary to manage conversations about the discrimination: racism, sexism, queer phobia, etc. We’ll also do some internal work together to shift old mindsets that may be blocking you from successfully managing polarity and conflict.
